## At a Glance
Striking half-elf with fiery red hair streaked with silver framing sharp features. Practical yet elegant attire allows for swift movement—a reminder of her street-hardened past beneath the mantle of leadership. Constantly surveys rooms for exits and threats.
Survived an assassination attempt during the [[Crimson Siege]]—shot from within the city by [[Gilded Gallows]] assassins. [[Durnik Darksteel]] and the [[Velvetshadow Twins]] targeted her, but the party intervened. She recognized something in [[Petra]] before falling.
Allied with [[Davil Starsong]] (occasionally romantic). Her intelligence network, the [[Hand of Yartar]], provides excellent intel, though some members were turned by [[Beregond]]—a threat now eliminated. Increasingly isolated as council members defected, but [[Zaltimar]]'s defeat has strengthened her position.
## Personality
Charismatic, bold, cunning, fiercely protective of [[Yartar]]. Aristocratic polish slips into street slang under pressure. Always carries concealed weapons. Possesses blackmail material on several nobles from her [[Black Vipers]] days.
## Quote
_"Power isn't inherently corrupt—it's how you wield it that matters. I've stood on both sides now, and I choose to use mine for those who have none."_
## Background
Co-founded the [[Black Vipers]] in [[Waterdeep]], targeting corrupt nobles who abused their privilege. During the [[Oblivion War]], cooperated with [[Force Grey]] on specialized missions. Relocated to [[Yartar]] seeking distance from her past, established the [[Hand of Yartar]]—an intelligence network staffed primarily by women from disadvantaged backgrounds. Rose to Waterbaron through strategic alliances and occasional blackmail.
## Stats
