## Personality
Vengeful and patient, a manipulator who poisoned households and built power over decades. She views everyone as a tool for revenge against those who wronged her.
## Connections
**Marlos Urnrayle** — son (as "Cyndane"); she destroyed his face and raised him as an undead weapon.
**Xyrbwynn** — granddaughter, whom she turned into a medusa with the Snake Ring.
**Graz'zt** — demonic ally; she gave him the Snake Ring before dying.
**Isabel Urnrayle** — granddaughter.
**Xanathar** — raised him as her Death Tyrant to seize Skullport.
## Background
**Infiltration:** Originally a Xanathar Guild mage and slaver, she murdered and replaced Rafaela Urnrayle to infiltrate the noble family as "Cyndane," becoming mother to Marlos Urnrayle and poisoning the household with years of manipulation. She destroyed Marlos' face and gave him Ogremoch's teachings, later raising him as an undead weapon.
**The Lich Queen:** After fleeing the Urnrayle estate she became a lich and the Lich Queen of Skullport, leading the Shadow Thieves in revenge against the Xanathar Guild that had banished her. Her assassination campaigns killed Masked Lords and Lanniver Strayl.
**The Demon Plot:** As an ally of Graz'zt, she helped prepare Demon Gates across the Sword Coast. Maps recovered from her Tower of Seven Woes revealed the Amn invasion was merely a distraction for Graz'zt's demonic assault. Her defenses in Skullport included an undead Xanathar.
