# Ingrid Whitebear
_Human Spirit-Talker | [[Tribe of the Wolf]] / [[Tribe of the Elk]]_
## Summary
Mystical shaman who moves freely between the [[Tribe of the Wolf]] and [[Tribe of the Elk]], appearing and disappearing like smoke. She visited [[Eldraki]] in his prison cell before his battle with [[Isarr Kronenstrom]], revealed she knew his father [[Ulf Drazhan]], and shared a prophetic vision of a Red Wolf and Red Dragon destined to battle shadow and endless winter.

## Now
Presses [[Eldraki]] toward claiming rulership of both tribes and warns that [[Isarr Kronenstrom]], a Chosen of [[Malar]], may be the "beast death could not contain" and not truly dead. Notes tradition bars [[Dreyvarg Drazhan]] from ruling the [[Tribe of the Wolf]].
## Appearance
Draped in a shimmering frost-wolf cloak that moves without wind, stark white hair woven with bones. Her eyes shift color like the aurora, and reality seems to bend around her.
## Personality
Otherworldly and fearless, she speaks in riddles and half-truths, treats time as fluid and death as temporary, and laughs at things only she can see.
## Quote
_"I walk where even death fears to tread, child. The spirits show me paths between what was and what must be — and your uncle's cold fire will not burn forever."_
## Connections
**[[Dreyvarg Drazhan]]** — rescued and delivered her to the [[Tribe of the Elk]] as an infant.
**[[Eldraki]]** — visited him in his cell; names him the Red Dragon of prophecy.
**[[Isarr Kronenstrom]]** — even he won't harm her, fearing a shaman's death-curse.
## Background
She exists partially outside normal time — her age could be seventy or seven hundred. During [[Isarr Kronenstrom]]'s bloody coup she navigated impossible paths to carry the infant [[Dreyvarg Drazhan]] to the [[Tribe of the Elk]], and even Isarr dares not raise a hand against her.
