Asked if [[McMickey]] was "the One who was Promised" and tasked him with destroying demon-containing statues to prove his worthiness. Promised magical rewards and spoke of helping the dwarves reclaim [[Undermountain]]. %% ## Background The [[Melairkyn Dwarves]] built the great city of [[Stromkuhldur]] in the depths beneath [[Mount Waterdeep]]. They fell after attacks by drow and demons, with many demons trapped in statues throughout their former domain. [[King Melair IV]]'s ghost now seeks a champion of [[Melairkyn]] blood to help reclaim their ancient home.
