He forced captured children to fight to the death and "gifted" the survivor with lycanthropy. After the party cleared his den and freed the children, he swore to hunt them, ambushed them outside Krezk, and was killed. %% ## Now Dead — burned down in the road ambush he sprang outside Krezk. ## Appearance A brutal, scarred pack leader, imposing in both his human and wolf shapes. ## Personality Cruel and territorial; rules by strength and believes the pack stays strong by culling the weak. Vengeful — he took the party's raid on his den as a personal debt to settle. ## Connections **[[Emil Toranescu]]** — rival within the pack; opposed his practice of forcing children to fight, and was imprisoned in [[Castle Ravenloft]] for it. **[[Zuleika Toranescu]]** — Emil's wife; member of his pack. ## Background **The child raids:** His pack stole children from Krezk, forced them to fight to the death, and turned the lone survivor. He held this kept the pack strong. **The den falls:** The party assaulted the [[Werewolf Den]], killed most of the pack, and freed the caged children. A dying werewolf swore Kiril would hunt them. **The ambush:** Kiril lured the party with a woman feigning collapse in the road outside Krezk.
