Her five-card Tarokka reading set the course of the campaign: an evil tree, a holy symbol in a lonely mill, a sword of sunlight in a drowned village, a lone Vistana at Saint Markovia's abbey, and Strahd in the tomb of the man he envied. She was later revealed as [[Strahd von Zarovich]]'s half-sister, who longed to free him through the release of death and believed Ludovic and [[Arabelle]] would lead the Vistani out of the darkness.
