He led an elite warband specializing in anti-illithid operations before the Elder Brain at [[Shilrua]] enslaved him. When [[Valkalyn]]'s ritual disconnected the Cacophony from the mythal, he regained control of his mind, then jumped onto the fleeing Elder Brain alongside [[Norren]] and [[Za'kir]].
