Later captured by goblins for sacrifice. When the heroes attempted rescue, Skrit proved utterly insufferable—insulting [[Gex]], demanding extortion money, claiming to be a [[Redbrands]] spy. [[Gex]]'s patience broke: he threw Skrit to the goblins to complete the sacrifice. [[Reese]], under his [[Bloodsword]]'s influence, completed the ritual to [[Maglubiyet]]. Skrit's death triggered an explosive device implanted by [[Meepo Smartypants]], severely injuring the heroes. Later, when [[Javen Tarmikos]] judged Reese with the Gilded Eye, Skrit's reassembled body spoke—resigned to being a footnote but requesting Reese look after [[Gex]], liberate the [[Gnawbones]], and protect the mysterious "Heaven Tree."
