Their romance flourished until she received a magical mirror that combined her shadow essence with [[Abyss|Abyssal]] power. As her paranoia and cruelty grew — forcing Firbolg slaves to build an inverted ziggurat while demons poured into the [[Feywild]] — he could no longer ignore her evil. **The Imprisonment:** He banished her to a hidden prison while she slept, shattered her Abyssal mirror, and left her tower forever. He then rallied all the courts except the [[Shadow Court]] against the Elder Elemental Eye, driving them from the [[Feywild]] and helping end the Time of Chaos. **The Order:** Founded the [[Righteous Order of the White Flame]], assembling exceptional individuals including [[Ren]], [[Goodberry]] (then called Oakenton), and [[Noah Cydriem|Noah]]. The team became [[Ren]]'s family. **The Destruction:** When [[Belaam|Owynn Firesong]] arrived claiming prophetic knowledge of the Elder Elemental Eye's secret at the "Heart of the [[Abyss]]," the Sun King joined his expedition by interplanar airship. When [[Ren]] refused and confronted [[Belaam|Owynn]] about his Chaos Gem, Owynn murdered her. The Sun King and his remaining team proceeded and were utterly and permanently destroyed. Some, including Owynn, bent the knee to [[Graz'zt]]; others like [[Noah Cydriem|Noah]] and [[Goodberry]] were destroyed until [[Ren]] made a deal with [[Baba Yaga]] to restore them at the cost of their most cherished memories. %%
