[[Xyrbwynn]] and [[Kurogash]] mistakenly believed he was their father, but during his imprisonment he revealed the truth: he had rescued infant [[Xyrbwynn]] after [[Marlos Urnrayle]] murdered her mother, and "Strongseed" was improvised on the spot. He also revealed the [[Black Claw]] orc massacre connected to [[Kurogash]]'s past. Before his mysterious death in prison—killed by an oversized arrow, likely [[Ziraj]]'s work—he asked them to kill [[Marlos Urnrayle]].
