!VictoriaBelabrantaPathfinder-v3.webp # Victoria Belabranta _Human Paladin | Order of the Gauntlet | Crimson Terror_ ## Summary Petra's best friend, younger sister of Savras, and a paladin of Tyr. She led a rescue mission to save her brother from Haayon's cult, got her companions captured instead, and was held at Stormwatch Spire until the heroes came for them. She has stayed with the party since, by her own choice. ## Now Aboard the Crimson Terror by her own request. She sat with Petra at Kelvin's Comfort, said she was relieved Petra had survived, checked in on her, and asked to stay with the party — she is enjoying the adventuring and does not want to go home and tell her parents her brother is in a cult. She connected Lynne's mother to the Sewn Sisters and knows Lynne and Petra share Heroes of Waterdeep parentage (S90). She asked Nelly Sell whether Eldraki was the one, and Nelly said yes. She has started to wonder whether she should have thrown Vareth Justicar's sword overboard (S93). ## Appearance Dark hair in a loose braid threaded with prayer beads. Travel-worn gear she maintains herself, and a habit of praying under her breath when she thinks no one is listening. ## Personality Direct, dry, and impatient with excuses. She is the one who acts while everyone else is still processing — she threw Vareth Justicar's sword off an airship because Lynne needed it gone, and did not discuss it first. Her faith is practical rather than preachy, and she reads the people around her well; she noticed what Petra was doing to herself trying to match her father and said so plainly. She still carries her brother, but it no longer runs her. She is not going home to tell her parents Savras is in a cult, and she is enjoying the adventuring more than she expected to. ## Quote _"You don't have to be him. Nobody's ever won an argument with him anyway."_ ## Connections **Petra** — best friend; grew up wild alongside her, two noble daughters who hated the performance of nobility. **Savras Belabranta** — older brother and childhood hero; watching him fall in with Thurl Merosska and then Aerisi Kalinoth broke something in her. ## Background **The Path:** Found direction where Petra didn't, joining the Order of the Gauntlet after seeing what happens to people without protectors. **The Failure:** Certain she could reach Savras, she led a rescue mission into Haayon's cult. She was wrong — the mission collapsed and her companions were captured alongside her. ## Stats **Base:** Knight, modified. - WIS 11 → 13 - Add Lay on Hands (10 HP pool) !Knight %%
