The party first encountered his influence during the search for [[Floon Blagmaar]], who'd been mistaken for [[Renaer Neverember]] and taken to a Guild hideout. He was killed in a massive assault led by [[Mirt]] and [[Jarlaxle Baenre]], but died wearing a [[Ring of Mind Shielding]] that trapped his soul.
