He wanted to unite the different genie houses under divine guidance and bring stability to beings of immense elemental power. His vision was a harmonious society where different types of genies could coexist and prosper together, though genie pride and ambition made this difficult to maintain. [[Anumon]] worked with [[Sulymon]] to build the [[City of Brass]] as the heart of genie civilization. However, many [[efreet]] saw the city as a divine prison rather than a blessing. The binding of [[Maegera]] to power the city created the prosperity [[Anumon]] wanted, but also established an injustice that would eventually lead to the city's downfall.
