He appears as an ancient platinum dragon of enormous size or as an elderly human wizard accompanied by seven golden canaries that are actually ancient gold dragons in disguise. His symbol is a dragon's head in profile, and he is worshipped by metallic dragons, paladins, and those who fight against tyranny and injustice. [[Bahamut]] teaches that the strong must protect the weak, that justice should be tempered with mercy, and that evil must be opposed wherever it rears its head. He is the eternal enemy of [[Tiamat]] and stands as a beacon of hope against draconic tyranny. [[Bahamut]] serves as the patron deity of [[Runara]], the bronze dragon who leads [[Dragon's Rest]] monastery on [[Stormwreck Isle]]. The kobolds of the island also worship him, seeing [[Runara]] as his divine representative. [[Bahamut]]'s influence extends throughout the campaign as the heroes oppose the [[Cult of the Dragon]]'s efforts to resurrect the [[Dominion]] as dracoliches—a perversion of draconic nature that directly opposes everything [[Bahamut]] represents.
