!OberonImage.png # Oberon _Archfey Spring King | Spring Court | Fields of Spring_ ## Summary One of the original Archfey created by Corellon Larethian, alongside his brother Manitou and sisters Mab, Titania, Ildrael, and Sarastra Aestruum. Towering figure with wild antlers wrapped in spring blossoms, emerald eyes full of ancient mischief, auburn hair growing tiny flowers and leaves. Ruled the Fields of Spring—a realm of perpetual awakening where adventure and pleasure mattered more than responsibility. His greatest love was Titania. Their daughters Verenestra and Orchid inherited different aspects of him. He also had Lia from another relationship—but rather than acknowledging her, he made her into a warrior and assassin. The first crisis came when he helped Mab steal winter powers from Boreas, then abandoned her as the magic drove her toward madness. His public choice of Titania sparked the Feywild's first civil war. His affair with Sarastra Aestruum—actually Rhyxali in disguise—produced the Alyndra, whom he rejected when she sought acknowledgment, pushing her toward darkness. Demon lords ambushed him at the Grandfather Tree (Feywild). Alyndra delivered the killing blow. His soul was trapped in her mirror and taken to Pale Night. The heroes eventually freed him; in Arvandor, Lia confronted him about his failures. He finally acknowledged her as his daughter and abdicated to Orchid. Oberon found redemption in the final battle. As demons overran Waterdeep, he joined Titania, Mab, and Manitou in sacrifice—the four great Archfey combining their essence to hold back the invasion. It cost them their lives. %% ## At a Glance _Deceased. Fill in if encountered via flashback or resurrection._ ## Personality _Deceased.
