Under his tactical leadership, Chaos achieved unprecedented success—conquering worlds, driving back the armies of Law. Seven of the greatest Wind Dukes combined their power to create the Rod of Seven Parts. On the battlefield of Pesh on Oerth, they defeated and imprisoned him in Pandemonium's howling winds. The Rod shattered from the effort. For millennia, he has remained bound while the Queen of Chaos searches for ways to free him.
