The [[Cult of the Dragon]] wanted to help him possess [[Claugiyliamatar]], an ancient green dragon in the Kryptgarden Forest. When the party entered his mausoleum on [[Voaraghamanthar]]'s orders, Ebondeath immediately possessed [[Kurogash]] and made him attack the others, nearly killing [[Bussy]]. [[Mya]] figured out they had to knock Kurogash unconscious to break the possession. Once they did, Ebondeath fled through the lake—leaving Kurogash with a nervous breakdown.
