He appeared to the party as a powerful invisible elderly man who ambushed them in the [[Howling Caves]], quickly incapacitating several party members before retreating when [[Phase]] unexpectedly resisted his attacks. Under his influence, cultists like [[Windharrow]] and [[Aerisi Kalinoth]] wielded devastating air-based magic and commanded Wind Dragons to spread destruction. The party ultimately confronted him at the [[Air Portal]], where they defeated him in battle.
